Keeping in mind the “convenient” time zone that has allowed it to cater to most cricketing destinations across the world, the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) has taken the first step forward in announcing its own T20 league. However, with the onset of the pandemic that changed the course of cricket administration globally, like every other space, the said proposal was kept on hold.
